At Aurum Blanc, each candle is crafted with care and intention. To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure every piece meets our quality standards, we do not accept returns.
However, we are pleased to offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will gladly assist in arranging an exchange.
