To request an exchange:

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Important:

  • Exchanges are for the same product only.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • We cannot exchange candles that have been burned, used, or altered.
